Apostrophe Fail: We're Not in the Zone

@APCmag said it best with this tweet:
Oh dear, Netcomm.... apostrophe fail :(

Where does Netcomm go wrong? It uses an unnecessary apostrophe, indicating possession. It leaves the reader wondering, "at all good retailers' what?"

Quick rule:
  • An apostrophe after a plural noun indicates possession.

Correction:
  • MyZone available now at all good retailers
  • MyZone available now on all good retailers' shelves
